The entity VENTAJA EUROPA S.A. along with SARTON, S.A. (“IKEA”) are making a promotion under the following terms: 
 

1. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

The present action will have Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro as geographical scope. 
 

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

 

This is an exclusive promotion for clients that purchase with the IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Family, Ventajón and IKEA for your business cards at the stores IKEA Gran Canaria, IKEA Shop 7 Palmas, IKEA Tenerife, IKEA Tenerife Sur, IKEA La Palma Pick up point, www.islas.IKEA.es web, IKEA Inspire app, as well as telephone purchases.

 

3. DURATION

 

The promotion will be active during Friday 28th of February 2024.

 

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS

The owners of IKEA FAMILY MasterCard and VENTAJON that purchase furniture and decoration will benefit from the promotion during the period of said promotion, excluding transportation, installation and assemblage services. These clients will get a a 10% discount (the usual 5% and an additional 5%) in cash of the amount of the purchase 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase has been done, according to the General Terms of the IKEA Family fidelity Program  (clause 4.1). This promotional discount is not accumulable to other discounts in the IKEA FAMILY MasterCard and Ventajón.
 

On the other hand, owners of IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY and IKEA for your business cards that make purchases on furniture and decoration with said cards during the promotion period, (excluding delivery, installation and assembly services) and that identify at the moment of paying their purchases, will get a 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) discount for the value of their invoice in the form of a purchase voucher, that will be delivered 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the fidelity program general conditions (clause 5).

5. PRIZE CHARACTERISTICS:

A 10% discount in cash (the usual 5% and an additional 5%) for IKEA FAMILY MasterCard (paid to their bank account and a 10% Purchase Voucher for IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY and VENTAJON owners (the usual 5% and an additional 5%) according the "Promotion Mechanics" section, for the purchase of furniture and decoration items.

The promotion will be appliable to purchases made at the stores IKEA Gran Canaria, IKEA Shop 7 Palmas, IKEA Tenerife, IKEA Tenerife Sur, Pick up point IKEA La Palma, www.islas.IKEA.es web, IKEA Inspire app, as well telephone purchases. All taxes, rates or incurred expenses by the winner to get or claim the prize or any other expenses, not specified, are absolute responsibility of the client.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS:

The exchange of the online purchase voucher will never produce a new purchase voucher.

7. PERSONAL DATA:

In compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of the 27^th of April 2016, related to the protection of physical persons regarding the treatment of personal data and their regulatory standards we inform that we treat the information that the interested people facilitates us, with the purpose of sending our offers and current promotions, offering discounts in services and in general promote a bigger bond between our company and our clients.

With the purpose of offering specific produtcts and that interest you we will ellaborate a "commercial profile", based on the information given. No automatized decisions will me made based on said profile.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS

The very participation in this promotion means the acceptance of the present conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies with the interpretation of said conditions, they will be remitted to common law. Conditions will be available during the period in which the promotions are valid at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores and the www.islas.IKEA.es web.

Any breach in the compliance of the present conditions or any fraudulent use of the discounts and purchase voucher, will mean the full-fledged deprivation or deactivation of the promotion. The acquired advantaged during the campaigns that do not comply with the present general conditions will be nullified and without any compensation and will lead to the immediate cancellation and by SARTON CANARIAS S.A. to cancel all purchase vouchers and fidelity used in a fraudulent way.  SARTON CANARIAS S.A. also reserves the right to raise legal actions against any Conflictive user.
