3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST AND VALIDITY:
This contest is valid in the Canary and Balearic Islands from the 1st of October 2023 to the 22nd of December 2023. The contest resolution will be made the 27th of December 2023.
4. PRIZE:
1 purchase voucher IKEA valued in 50€ for each winner to exchange in food products, valid until the 15/01/2024, to use in the Swedish Food Market area at the IKEA Balearic or Canary Islands stores.
The purchase voucher is not transferable and has to be used by the client in its totality at the IKEA Balearic or Canary Islands stores.
The Organization will not be held responsible in case of loss or sustraction of the purchase voucher and the client exempts the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase vocher or the participation in the Promotion.
The use of the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
5. CHOOSING THE WINNER:
The giveaway will be done in the Palma de Mallorca offices through the web https://www.randompicker.com.
Once the giveaway it is done we will contact the winners by private message through Instagram, Facebook or Email, having to attend their nearest IKEA Point or IKEA store in a maximum deadline of one week to get their prize. If the deadline arrives and they do not attend the IKEA Point or store we will pass to the alternate winner. The prize would be eliminated if none of them attend.
No people linked to the IKEA stores or direct relatives can participate in the giveaway.
The names of the winners of the giveaway will be advertised on social networks.

The personal data that the clients provide to participate the present promotion will be added to a data file, owned by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A., domiciled. Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 whose purpose is providing information about products and services we offer in any of the companies from the IKEA group whose activities are related to the sectors of furniture and decoration, food, finantial products, insurances, telecommunications, transportation and assemblage, and any other offer that can be of interest, including, related to those products, sending commercial communications via email or any other equivalent communication mean (such as SMS, post mail) as well as telephone calls. When registering and leaving your data you authorize us to send you such communications.
In any moment you can exercise your rights of access, correction, cancelation and oposition regarding your personal data, as well as revoke the given consent or opose to the treatme of said data to send commercial communications. - COMMUNICATION: The contest will be announced at the Fika Magazine 01/10/2023, that is valid until the 31/12/2023. It will also be announced in billboards at the IKEA stores, Swedish Food Market, social networks and webpage.
- PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST: To enter the contest, the people that participate must share on their Instagram or Facebook profile a picture of the result of their Christmas gingerbread house, mentioning @ikea_baleares_canarias in Instagram or IKEA Canarias or IKEA Baleares in Facebook. They can also participate by sending the picture to redessociales.islas@ikeasi.com. The winners will be contacted by private message on Instagram, Facebook or email.
- SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The purchase vouchers promotions can be subjected to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts and the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotions and the particular terms and conditions of the promotion.
- RECEPTION OF THE VOUCHER: The purchase voucher will be given in person once the winner has been verified as such.

In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
