The present action will have as geographical scope the Balearic and Canary Islands.
OBJECT OF THE CONTEST
It is an exclusive giveaway for those people that from 01/10/2024 until 31/10/2024 have made purchases with their IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard, IKEA Family Fidelity emitted by Ventaja Europa S.A. or VENTAJON VISA processed by Ventaja Europa S.A. at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores, their Restaurants and Swedish Food Markets, at the web islas.IKEA.es, at the IKEA Inspire app and through the teleordering service at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands.
The giveaway "OCTOBER IKEA Family MONTH at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands” will be celebrated at the notary the 7th of November 2024 and will determine the prized day, between the 1st and the 31st of October, in which the amount of the purchases made by the clients during the chosen day will be returned.
If by justified cause the giveaway cannot be performed on the previously established date, this will be performed on the next business day after the planned date.
The object prize of the promotion is the return of the amount of all the purchases that have been made on the prized day up to a maximum of 2.000€ per card.
The winners will receive in their bank account associated to the IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard payment card or VENTAJON VISA processed by Ventaja Europa S.A. the deposit of the amount of the made purchases with the IKEA Family Consumer Mastercard or VENTAJON VISA processed by Ventaja Europa S.A. during the prized day, deposits and returns substracted, up to a maximum 2.000€ per card.
In the case that the winner has no outstanding balance, this prize will be first destined to compensate the outstanding amount and the rest will be emitted by bank transference.
In the case that the clients have made their purchases with the IKEA Family Fidelity card emitted by Ventaja Europa S.A., the amount of these will be refunded on a Purchase Voucher according to the general conditions of the IKEA Family fidelity (clause 5). The voucher will be valid for a single purchase and exchangeable for furniture and decoration at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands or at www.islas.IKEA.es. The voucher has a validity of 3 months. It is personal and non-transferable and non-exchangeable for money in cash.

The “FREE DAY” will be designated at the notary the next 7th of November 2024 and will be published at the web pages of the society www.islas.IKEA.es and www.IKEAFamily.net.

However, it will be discounted from the total refund (refund up to a maximum of 2.000€ per card) any cash discount related with purchases made during the prized day.

PRIZE DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
VENTAJA EUROPA will communicate the winners before the 14th of November 2024, through SMS and email, the “FREE DAY”. The client must register on a form in order to have the option to opt to the prize in exchange of renouncing to the right or change and/or return of the acquired goods, for which they will have a period from the 15th of December 2024 to fill in said form. In case of not communicating the acceptance, this will mean waiver.
The deposit in the bank account of the owner of the IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard or VENTAJON VISA processed by Ventaja Europa will be made from the 15th of December 2024 as well as the delivery of the purchase vouchers to the owner of the IKEA Family Fidelity emitted by Ventaja Europa S.A.
