01/07 The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A., through the FIKA Magazine is doing a poll among its readers that awards their participation with the celebration of three giveaways under the following conditions:

3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST AND VALIDITY:
This contest is valid in the Canary and Balearic Islands from the 1st of July 2024 to the 16th of September 2024. The contest resolution will be made the 17th of September 2024.
4. PRIZE:
1 IKEA purchase voucher valued in 50€ for 3 winners. The voucher will be valid until the 10th of October 2024, to use on food products of the Swedish Food Market of the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores.
The purchase voucher is not transferable and has to be used by the client in its totality at the IKEA Balearic or Canary Islands stores.
The Organization will not be held responsible in case of loss or sustraction of the purchase voucher and the client exempts the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase vocher or the participation in the Promotion.
The use of the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
5. CHOOSING THE WINNER:
The giveaway will be done in the Gran Canaria offices through the web https://www.randompicker.com.
Once the giveaway it is done we will contact the winners by private message through Instagram, Facebook or Email, having to attend their nearest IKEA Point or IKEA store in a maximum deadline of one week to get their prize. If the deadline arrives and they do not attend the IKEA Point or store we will pass to the alternate winner. The prize would be eliminated if none of them attend.
No people linked to the IKEA stores or direct relatives can participate in the giveaway.
The names of the winners of the giveaway will be advertised on social networks.
6. PERSONAL DATA:
The personal data that the clients provide to participate the present promotion will be added to a data file, owned by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A., domiciled. Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 whose purpose is providing information about products and services we offer in any of the companies from the IKEA group whose activities are related to the sectors of furniture and decoration, food, finantial products, insurances, telecommunications, transportation and assemblage, and any other offer that can be of interest, including, related to those products, sending commercial communications via email or any other equivalent communication mean (such as SMS, post mail) as well as telephone calls. When registering and leaving your data you authorize us to send you such communications.
In any moment you can exercise your rights of access, correction, cancelation and oposition regarding your personal data, as well as revoke the given consent or opose to the treatme of said data to send commercial communications. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpreation of said conditions, they will be remitted to common law. - COMMUNICATION: the dynamics of the action will be communicated in the FIKA Magazine on 01/07/2024, that is valid until the 30/09/2024. The release of said magazine will be announced, and the giveway included in it, on different online channels as well as social media and/or web page.
- PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST: To enter the giveaways, participant must complete the form on the web page web www.islas.ikea.es to which they can access through the url or by scanning the QR code that will accompany the communication in the magazine, both printed and digital. Once each giveaway is performed, the winners will be contacted via telephone and email.
- SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The purchase vouchers promotions can be subjected to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts and the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotions and the particular terms and conditions of the promotion.
- RECEPTION OF THE VOUCHER: The purchase voucher will be given in person once the winner has been verified as such.
- USE OF THE PURCHASE VOUCHER: When paying your purchase (or part of your purchase) with a purchase voucher or promotional code, it will be seen as a discount and, therefore, it will be discounted from your purchase tax base.

- MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES: SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communciated rightly.
In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
