The entity SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. with domicile in Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Martea 35212 – Telde and CIF number A35474832, here on (IKEA), sets in motion the Småland Passport, with the purpose of benefiting and thanking the children that visit Småland’s playrooms regularly. This fidelity card, hereafter “Småland Passport” is regulated by the following terms and conditions:
1. OBJECT
Through this card, personal and non-transferable, the owners of said card can obtain prizes. The minors between 3 and 10 years old can be owners of the Småland Passport. The purposes of the Småland Passport are exclusively promotional, without it being understood as a payment method. The card is free, without any cost to the user.
2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands are geographical scope.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR BEING A SMÅLAND PASSPORT OWNER
This Passport is aimed for children between 3 and 10 years old, that must be always accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian.
To obtain the Småland Passport, it will be essential that the father, mother or legal guarding authorizes the reception of said passport in the Småland playrooms. The playroom staff will offer or request the passport to stamp their visit.
For the Passport to be valid, the father, mother or legal guardian must compulsorily fill all required fields.
4. OPERATIVE
Every time the underage owner of the Småland Passport finishes their visit at the Småland playrooms, the staff will mark one of the passport’s checkboxes with a stamp to verify their visit.
When the owner of the Småland Passport completes 8 stamped checkboxes, the playroom staff will specify in the card the date to proceed to exchange the prize.
The prize can le exchanged by the mother, father or legal guardian of the minor at the place provided for that purpose, crediting their identity and giving the passport. Once the 8 stamps are completed, they have 2 weeks to exchange the prize, counting from the date of the last stamp.
If the Småland Passport owners does not have said passport with them at the moment of completing the visit at Småland, the checkbox will not be stamped and it will not be counted as a made action.
The client can request as many passports as they wish, but they are not cumulative and work individually. Stamps from different passports cannot be added up to exchange prizes.
The passports will be delivered to the children when entering the Småland or through the room teams.
- The families must always be offered or requested to show it.
. In case this does not happen, deliver a new copy.
5. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The present promotion will start on the 1st of May and will be in force indefinitely, if SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. does not finish said promotion.
It will be understood as finished when SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. decided to not continue with the promotion, and communicates it to the owners, being valid means for that the web, social media or store billboards.
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A reserves the right to modify the affiliation procedure and conditions to said promotion, informing the clients beforehand through the same news media of the present conditions.
7. LOSS OF THE PASSPORT
In case of losing the Passport, the mother/father or legal guardian of the minor can request a new one in the Småland playroom, that will be delivered not preserving the accumulated points of the lost card.
8. IF THE OWNER FORGETS THEIR PASSPORT
If on a visit to Småland the owner forgets their passport, their father, mother or legal guardian can request a new one. The visit’s count will be restarted in the new delivered passport and will not be accumulated from the forgotten passport.
9. PASSPORT PHYSICAL FORMAT
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify the format of the Småland Passport and reprint the Passports in a certain period.
10. PRIZES
The owner of the Småland Passport will obtain a prize when having the 8 stamps after their visits at the Småland playroom.
During the months of April, May and June of 2025, they can choose their prize among the following products:
- FABLER BJÖRN soft toy 001.414.01
- MÅLA felt-tip pen, set of 12, mixed colors 201.840.41
- GLIS box with lid, set of 3, yellow/blue 904.661.55
- BLÅVINGAD modelling dough cutters, set of 5, aluminum color 805.265.03
- KRAMIG soft toy, white/black, 30 cm 302.213.16
- MÅLA watercolor box with 14 colors, mixed colors 604.611.83
- UNDERHÅLLA cards with letters, numbers, signs 605.521.59
- SPARKA soft toy, football/green 703.026.45
The products are subjected to availability during the exchange. In the case that some of the prizes is not available, it will not be substituted by another one.
