The entity VENTAJA EUROPA S.A., is performing a contest that will finish with the celebration of a giveaway under the following conditions:
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have as geographical scope the Balearic and Canary Islands.
OBJECT OF THE GIVEAWAY
It is an exclusive giveaway for clients that make purchases with IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Family Lite and Ventajon at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands during “Black Friday”, i.e., from the 28th of November of 2024 to the 2nd of December of 2024 (both days included).
The object prize of the Giveaway is one (1) purchase voucher of 2.000€ for IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands. The purchase voucher can be used as a payment method in purchases of any product of IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands (except products from the restaurant, Swedish food market and external services like Delivery, Assembly, IKEA SPECIALIST or IKEA DESIGN). The purchase voucher is non-cumulative to other promotions not exchangeable in cash nor valid as a deposit or delivery to account.
We will admit as many participations as purchases are made by the owner during the promotional period.
DURATION
The period of participation is from the 28th of November 2024 to the 2nd of December 2024 (both days included).
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION
Each time the owner of the IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Family Fidelity or Ventajon makes a purchase with their card, it will be registered as a giveaway participation.
To obtain the participation it is necessary to have a minimum purchase amount (50 euros), cumulative to all the purchases made during the 28th of November 2024 to the 2nd of December 2024 (both days included). The participation in the giveaway will be applied to purchases made in any IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands establishment, as well as at the IKEA Islands web page during the promotional period.
On the 2nd of December, participation will be obtained exclusively by purchases made online at the islas.IKEA.es web, IKEA Inspire app or through the Teleordering service.
The day 12th of December 2024 one (1) winner will be established for all the islands, from all the participants on the Giveaway, through the usage of the webpage SORTEA2.COM, modality “Certified giveaway”. Once the winner is extracted, two (2) substitute winners will be also extracted, to assign the prize in case of renounce by the winner. The first winner will have preference over the second extracted winner. If none of the winners nor the substitute winners accept the prize, it will be deserted. The same person cannot coincide as the winner and the substitute.
In the case that any extraction is null by coincidence between winner and substitute, another extraction or more will be performed until reaching 3 extractions of different people.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRIZES:
One (1) purchase voucher will be given away valued in 2.000€ that can be used in any of the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores. The purchase voucher can be used as a payment method in purchases of any product of IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands (except products from the restaurant, Swedish food market, additional services like delivery, assembly, IKEA SPECIALIST or IKEA DESIGN).
The purchase voucher is non-cumulative to other promotions not exchangeable in cash nor valid as a deposit or delivery to account.
The purchase voucher must be used on a single day and will have a validity of 3 months from the date of its delivery. The balance of this gift voucher cannot be compensated by outstanding balances by financed purchases with credit cards.
PRIZE DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
The Giveaway will be celebrated on the 12th of December 2024 counting all the users of the IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Family Lite and VENTAJON Card in Balearic and Canary Islands that have purchased according with the characteristics indicated on the present terms and conditions. Within the next two days of the giveaway celebration VENTAJA EUROPA S.A. will contact the winner via telephone to notify them of their condition and to coordinate the delivery of the prize at the facilities of the brand that has as scope the Balearic and Canary Islands. In the case the winner cannot be located, they will be sent an email indicating that they contact us via telephone during working hours the following day, and if they cannot be contacted the first substitute will be contacted, following the same process, and contacting the second substitute if they cannot be contacted either. The prize will be deserted if none of them can be contacted, or the prize is not accepted by the winner nor the substitutes.
The day of the reception the winner will be delivered a communication letter and accepting expressly the cession of their image rights in case the usage of them is needed.
The winner will have to credit their identity through an official identification when picking up their prize. The prize is personal and non-transferable.
To the prize of the present Giveaway the Law 35/2006, of the 28th of November, will be applied, in which the Personal Income Tax is approved, or in other case, the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2004, of the 5th of March, by which the consolidated text of the Non-residents Income Tax is approved; as well as its correspondent Regulations and other development rules; or, on the contrary, the current tax legislation appliable to fiscal residents and non-residents in Spain.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. APPLIABLE LAW: This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. VENTAJA EUROPA S.A.. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between the both.

MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES: VENTAJA EUROPA S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain VENTAJA EUROPA SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
3. IDENTIFICATION: The identity of the participants and winners will be exclusively credited by official documents (I.D, passport or other identification document).
4. PRIZES: The prize is not exchangeable in cash, nor for any other prize and it expires according to what has been established on the terms and conditions of the promotion. In the case that by any circumstance the winner cannot or does not want to accept the prize, or renounces to said prize, VENTAJA EUROPA S.A. will designate the next winner from the substitutes as established on the terms and conditions. 5. PRIZE DELIVERY: The prize is nominative and will be delivered according to the conditions indicated on the Contest terms and conditions.
The winner will get a symbolic delivery of their condition through a meeting with the commercial team of the Co. at the facilities of the group located at the territories object of the promotion.
