It's ok to change your mind!
That’s why you have 90 days to return your product if you’re not completely satisfied. Return it in its original packaging, unopened, unassembled and unused. It must be in good conditions, free of stains or signs of dirt.

You must bring the purchase invoice for any changes and returns.
If you don't love your mattress, change it! You have 89 nights after the date of purchase to try your mattress. If you are not comfortable with your mattress, bring it to the store with your receipt and choose a different one that better suits your needs when it comes to sleeping. To change the mattress it must be free of damages, stains or signs of dirt.
In mattress toppers and children’s mattresses the general conditions of the return policy are applied, therefore, they will be excluded from the change if its packaging has been opened, has damages, stains or signs of dirt.
The items acquired at opportunities or display are exempt from change or return, as well as bespoke purchased products (like, for example, countertops of any material). Therefore, these items are not fit for change or return.
Returns or exchanges of defective items will be accepted during the validity period of their guarantee from the date of purchase, being Sarton Canarias S.A. who will take charge of the delivery expenses, to the IKEA store or pick up point.
- You'll have to contact us through our e-mail csc.islas@ikeasi.com or by calling 928 194 532 providing the product information, receipt, and the damage it suffered. Once the information has been received we will show you how to proceed.
- The replacement of the item will be, depending on the geographical location, no later than in 10 business days, as long as the item is available right away.
The refund will be effective through the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
- IKEA will make exceptions in cases of returns and their corresponding penalties, when the norms previously indicated are not fulfilled.
- The credits for exceptions are not refundable.
IKEA FOOD
You have 14 calendar days to return your product if you are not fully satisfied. Return it inside its original packaging, unopened.It is essential to present the purchase ticket to make the return.
According with the established in the art. 103 of RDL 1/2007 we cannot accept returns of prepared, frozen or refrigerated items.
Refunds
The refund will be conducted with the same payment method in which the purchase was made. If the refund is to a card or a trough a bank transfer, it will be effective within the 14 business days of the conducted return.
IKEA will make exceptions regarding returns and its correspondent penalties for said ones when the indicated norms are not complied.
The credits that are result of exceptions will not be refundable.
Refunds with IKEA Family
If you have purchased with out IKEA Family card, you must take into account that the billing closing period is made the 20th day of every month.
If you have made a purchase and have returned it before the 20th, you will not be charged the refunded amount; except if it is financing, where the refunded amount will be discounted proportionally from the outstanding fees.
If on the contrary, you make the purchase before the 20th but the refund is made later on, you will be charged the amount of the initial purchase, and during the following month you will get the refund to your IKEA Family account.

Abandoned and lost items
If you have lost anything, go to the customer service counter, so we can inform you about how you need proceed.Consider that once the thirty (30) days of having any abandoned or lost items and not being claimed have passed, IKEA can dispose of said items.
