Salmon with vegetable medallions

Today we propose a recipe that will help you keep a balanced diet, since all its ingredients are rich in vitamins and minerals.

This time we have accompanied the salmon with an ASC certificate with vegetable medallions and, to give it a different touch, add some lemon and dill sauce.

  1. Put some extra virgin olive oil in a pan and wait for it to heat.
  2. Mark both salmon sides for several minutes at the pan.
  3. You must watch out to not overcook it and avoid it from getting dry.

Take them out of their wrapping and bake them in the oven for 25 minutes at 200º.
