Eggs with shrimps and dill

INGREDIENTS
  • 125 g de gambas SJÖRAPPORT
  • 2 cucharadas de mostaza suave SÅS SENAP MILD
  • 8 huevos
  • 100 g de mayonesa
  • Eneldo
  • Pimienta negra
   
   Serves 8        30 mins.


STEP BY STEP
1. Cook the eggs and allow them to cool. Then, peel them and cut them in half.
2. Take out the yolks to mix them with the mustard and mayonnaise until the mixture is creamy.
3. Use the spoon or a pastry bag to fill the egg-white with the mixture.
4. Decorate the eggs with previously defrosted shrimps, a bit of dill and pepper.
