Chicken meatballs in their baskets

Join the flavor party with these beef and jalapeño burritos. Here, HUVUDROLL beef meatballs are the clear protagonists, but you can opt for any of their chicken, vegetable or veggie protein options to add your own personal touch.

The process is as quick as it is delicious. In just 15 minutes you will have two delicious burritos ready to bite into. Dare to replicate it at home and fill yourself with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 8 HUVUDROLL meatballs
  • 2 pcs GRÄDDAT soft thin bread
  • 1 handful of peas
  • 1 bunch of lamb's lettuce
  • Jalapeño (to taste)
  • Ketchup
  • Melted cheese

Preparation

  1. Bake the meatballs in the oven (or if you prefer, in a frying pan with oil for a few minutes).
  2. Heat the polar bread in the oven at 180º for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the burritos by adding the meatballs, peas, lamb's lettuce and chopped jalapeños to the polar bread. 
  4. Finish with a little ketchup and cheese.
