INGREDIENTS
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 kg of small potatoes
  • 15 green asparagus
  • A bunch of parsley
  • Dill to your liking
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g of SJÖRAPPORT salmon fillets

STEP BY STEP
  1. Preheat the oven to 180º
  2. Clean and cut the potatoes in half if they are small, and in 4 if they are big.
  3. Clean the asparagus and cut the white part.
  4. Cut the onions in julienne strips.
  5. Season the potatoes, add a little bit of AOVE and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Once the time has passed, in the same oven tray, add the salmon, asparagus, onion, chopped parsley with a little bit of dill, salt, pepper and AOVE for 10 more minutes.
