3 easy recipes with Swedish meatballs.

Here are three suggestions of recipes with balls so you can prepare them however you like: meat, vegetables, chicken, or pea protein. You choose!
Pea protein balls with pasta and crushed tomato
Ingredients
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4
- 1 pack of BÄSTISAR pasta
- 1 pack of HUVUDROLL pea protein
- Crashed tomato
- Grated cheese
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in boiling water.
- Fry in a pan the balls with a little of oil until they are golden brown. If you prefer, you can also cook them in the oven for 10/15 minutes to 180º.
- Put the balls on a plate with the pasta. Add crashed tomato and grated cheese.
Toasts of chicken balls with beet humus

- Toasted bread
- 1 pack of chicken HUVUDROLL
- Beet humus
- Lettuce

- Cook the balls in a pan with a little bit of oil, they don’t need to be covered.
- Prepare the toasts with the bread in this order: add a lettuce leave, a little bit of beet humus and then the balls cut in half.
Meatballs with vegetable medallions and pico de gallo

- Vegetable medallions GRÖNSAKSKAKA
- 1 pack of meat HUVUDROLL
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- White onion
- Chile jalapeño
- Fresh coriander
- Lime juice
- A little bit of salt

Time: 25 minutes | Serves: 4
- Get the medallions out of the pack and cook them in the oven for 25 minutes to 200º.
- While the medallions are getting cooked, cook the meatballs in a pan or the oven to 180º for 10 minutes.
- Make the pico de gallo chopping the tomato, onion and chile. Add the lime juice and salt. 4. Now you only must serve it and finish it with a little bit of lettuce and mayonnaise.
