Service Cost Conditions
Planification and assistance Free Consists on a planification and assitance service made by the specialists coworkers of IKEA adjusting to your needs.
We recommend you provide us a previous measure of the space with the indicated guidelines for the professional expert of IKEA. 
In case of hiring the installation with IKEA it will always be necessary measuring by our recommended coworker, this service will have an additional cost.

To hire this service you must follow the next steps:
  • You must request a prior appointment through your contact points.
  • Once the service is finished you must sign the made design.
It will be neceesary that you verify the design and the provided documentation.
Measuring 40,00 € Consists on a recommended coworker visit to measure the space and the conditions of the area where the installation is going to be made. If you plan to make several measurings these must be done separately, including all the complete data of the address in order to perform the service.

This service includes:
  • Taking all the measures of the place, including: water and power outlets, smoke vents, conditions of the property, type of walls/ceilings and of any relevant element.
  • Pctures of the area where the customized kitchen, wardrobe or countertop is going to be installed.
Kitchen verification 40,00 € Consists on a second visit made after the initial measuring, where the recommended coworker checks those modifications made at the space and the conditions of the area where the kitchen installation is going to be made.
Click&Collect Free Consists on a free service so you can take away your purchases made through the web or teleordering at the pick up point chosen by you.
When your items are available, we will send you a notification, but remember that, if you don't pick it up in 3 business days after this notification, we will cancel your purchase and will return you the amount of the items, in the same payment method the payment was made. 
Parcel delivery 5,95 € Consists in delivering you new items, of little or medium dimensions, that you have adquired through our web page, IKEA Inspire app or via telephone with our Teleordering team.

To be considered parcel delivery the order must meet these characteristics:
  • Maximum weight per item: 20 Kg

This service does not provide storage, there if we cannot deliver your items, we will cancel it and manage the return, deducting the costs derived from the delivery. 
Home delivery 35,00 € Consists on delivering the new items you have adquired at one of our contact points, to the place we have agreed upon.
Transportation to delivery points or shops Free Consists on delivering the items you have adquired in one of our contact points to the delivery points or shops where you will have them available to take them.
We will notify you via sms or email when the item is available to be taken away, from that moment you will have 3 days to pick it up, once this deadline is complete we will cancel your purchase and we will return you the amount of the items, in the same way the payment was made.
Removal of your old sofa 35,00 € Consists on removing your used sofa, at the time of delivery of your new sofa adquired at IKEA.
You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that the dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance.
As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it.
If in the end you decide to not deliver the items for its removal, we will clarify it at the delivery note and the service will be returned when it is possible.
Removal of your old mattress 15,00 € Consists on removing your used mattress, at the time of delivery of your new mattress adquired at IKEA.
For the mattresses that come rolled, you have the possibility to make the removal on the third day.
You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that its dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance.
As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it.
If in the end you decide to not deliver the items for its removal, we will clarify it at the delivery note and the service will be returned when it is possible.
Removal of applicances Free Consists on removing your used appliance, at the time of delivery of your new appliance adquired at IKEA.
Removal of your old kitchen 35,00 € Consists on removing your used kitchen, at the time of delivery of your new kitchen adquired at IKEA.
It will be necessary that the kitchen is disassembled at the moment of the delivery for its removal.
You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that its dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance.
As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it.
If in the end you decide to not deliver the items for its removal, we will clarify it at the delivery note and the service will be returned when it is possible.
Removal for the return of items of little or medium dimensions 5,95 € Consists on collecting the new items you have adquired in one of our contact points through the parcel delivery service and deliver them at IKEA for its change or return.
The pick up services are excluded, although they have been adquired at IKEA, the food items, the made-to-measure countertops, opportunity, exposition items, already assembled items and personalized products.
Moreover, in order to pick up items, these must also comply with our exchange and return policy. Check the conditions here.
You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that its dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance.
As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it.
If in the end you decide to not deliver the items for its removal, we will clarify it at the delivery note and the service will be returned when it is possible.
Removal for the return of items of big dimensions 35,00 € Consists on collecting the new items you have adquired in one of our contact points through the parcel delivery service and deliver them at IKEA for its change or return.
The pick up services are excluded, although they have been adquired at IKEA, the food items, the made-to-measure countertops, opportunity, exposition items, already assembled items and personalized products.
Moreover, in order to pick up items, these must also comply with our exchange and return policy. Check the conditions here.
You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that its dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance.
As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it.
If in the end you decide to not deliver the items for its removal, we will clarify it at the delivery note and the service will be returned when it is possible.
Item storage 3,00 € per day Everytime you hire at IKEA a delivery service with us we canstore your items for free for 10 days from the hiring date.
Once this period has passed you must provide the correspondent amount to the storage service.
Remember that the amount for the storage will be charged from the 11th day for each one of the correspondent days.
You must know we cannot guard your purchase for more than 30 days from the initial agreed date, once this time ha spassed we will cancel the order, reimburse the amount you have provided for the items and the service, and the storage service will not be reimbursed.
* The Click&Collect service nor the parcel delivery is included.
Furniture assemblage 15% of the value of the purchase with a minimum of 45,00 € Conists on the assamblage/installation of the new items you have adquired in one of our contact points, including those items that havebeen installed with poles and suspension rails anchored to the wall or the ceilieng and following the instructions of the package.

This service includes:
  • Connections, fixation materials, and sealing.
  • Pole, suspensions rails and anchoring installation.
  • The assemblage of mini kitchens (ÄSPINGE and SUNNERSTA kitchen). It is composed by the furniture assemblage service along with the faucet installation.
This service does not include:
  • Cleaning services, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry nor decoration.
  • The installation of protective covers for the inside of the drawers (mat).
  • Installation of embellishing plugs.
Modular assemblage of SKYTTA wardrobes 90,00 € the lineal meter Consists on the assemblage of sliding doors from floor to ceiling SKYTTA that you have adquired in one of our contact point and following the instructions included in the package, without any adaptation or modification of the furniture, except the indicated in the project.
The assemblage will ALWAYS be conditioned to the previous hiring of the authorized measuring service. This service will consists on the measuring of the space where it is going to be installed. Based on these measures we will develop a design of the SKYTTA solution.
We cannot install on tilted or uneven ceilings, the assemblage will be made on a flat surface paralel to the floor and, moreover, it will not be possible to perform the installation of the floor rail on radiant floors, carpets and/or rugs.
When we have a ceiling that is not made of laminated plaster but the lateral walls are, in this case we will assemble the SKYTTA solution including a stop bar.
Take into account that the assemblage of the solution SKYTTA will not be made on children's rooms, bathrooms, outdoor spaces and humid areas or with near water outlets and/or faucets in general, at a distance under 20 cm, that is why we don't assemble in these type of areas.
In those assemblages in which the goods have been manipulated and/or started before the assembler has started the service, we will not be responsible for possible damages detected on the items.
If it is necessary to cut plinths / skirting boards, it will be made on those made of wood, plastic and/or analogous.
To hire SKYTTA is necessary that the area where the service is going to be made, is defined by ceiling, floor and two walls.

This service includes:  
  • Assemlbage of structures, doors, panels, fittings, handles, stop bars, rails, height reducers and their cuts, according to the instructions of the product and the final design made at IKEA. Lighting, accessories and completements of PAX, PLATSA and SKYTTA.
  • Includes sealing and fixation material.
This service does not include:
  • Modifications made at the residence on the final design.
  • Works of electricity, masonry, decoration, gas connections, plumbing, painting or cleaning.
  • Cuts on glass or mirror panels.
  • If there is a little space over the doors left, under 5 cm, it can be compensateed using distance pieces that are not part of our range, therefore not being able to install them.
    Tampoco realizaremos el montaje de la solución SKYTTA si las piezas distanciadoras se colocan en un techo que se considere no apto para el montaje.
Assemblage of modular wardrobes 90,00 € el metro lineal Consists on the the modular assemblage of wardrobes, that you have adquired at one of our contact points, including those articles that are installed with poles or suspensions rails anchored to the wall or the ceiling following the instructions included in the package.

This service includes: 
  • Assemblage of structures, doors, fittings, handles, lighting, accessories and complements.
  • Fixation, anchoring and sealing materials.
How will be the lineal meters counted?
They will be counted with the sum of all the widths of the structures that compose the modular wardrobe.
Complements installation 12,00€ the unit, minimum 45,00 € Conists on the installation and assemblage of different accessories, lighting (eletric connection through screw terminal) or any other type of decoration you have adquired at one of our contact points and that has been installed to a wall / ceiling, as the case may be following the instruction included in the package.
Example: mirrors, lamps, curtain rails, LYSEKIL panels (including horizontal and vertical cuts).

This service includes:
  • Connections, fixation materials, and sealing.
  • Anchoring to the wall/ceiling
  • Electric connection through screw terminal as long as there are wire in the lamp surface location. Remember that we don't perform electricity works.
  • Includes the assemblage of lamps.
This service does not include:
  • Modifications on the accessories.
  • Hanging curtains.
Integrated lighting installation 16,00€ the unit, minimum 45,00 € Consists on the installation and assemblage of the integrated lighting of the furniture (electric connection through screw terminal). that you have adquired at our contact points and following the instructions included in the package.

This service includes:
  • The installation and assemblage of the furniture integrated lighting.
This service does not include:
  • Disassembly/uninstallation of furniture.
Disassembly of furniture 10% of the value of the purchase at IKEA Consists on the disassembly and/or uninstallation of IKEA items, as long as you have adquired similar items at one of our IKEA contact points and have hired the assemblage and/or installation of those, always at the same place where the service is going to be performed.
Remember that we cannot guarantee the state of the items once they have been disassembled or uninstalled or the possible incidences that may occur at the disassemble/uninstallation. You must take into account that we do not perform disassemblies / uninstallations on lamited plaster walls and/or plaster.
Bathroom installation 90,00€ (includes lighting and mirror) unit (room) Consists on the installation of bathroom furniture, that you have adquired at one of our contact points, including the wall fixings and following the instructions included in the package.

This service includes:
  • Assemblage of bathroom cabinets, sinks (maximum 2 per room), installation of countertops including its cuts, connection  of the IKEA syphon to the wall and connection of the faucets to the water outlets.
As well as complements, lighting, and mirrors.
  • Anchoring, connections, fixation material, and sealing.
Take into account that the extra sinks from the 2 pre-established will be billed seperately.
Uninstallation of bathrooms 30,00€ Consists on the uninstallation and disassembly of the bathroom furniture, as long as you have adquired equilavent products at our IKEA contact points and have hired at the same place where we will perform the installation service.

This service includes:
  • Uninstalling and disassembly of bathroom cabinets, disconnection of wall syphon, of faucets from the water outlets, as long as it can be done without plumbing, masonry and electricity works.
  • The uninstalling of bathrooms will be billed per room.
This service does not include:
  • Uninstalling of countertops to measure or similar (marble, stone, porcelain...), those that are joined by work to the wall or masonry, heaters or radiators.
Installation of METOD high modules kitchens 110,00€ lineal meter, minimum 1 lineal meter Conists on the installation of new kitchen items you have adquired in one of our contact points, anchored to the wall or the ceiling and following the instructions included in the package.
Take into accoint that it is considered kitchen installation, the installation of kitchen furniture that even being perfomed in another room of the house include cuts (counters/panels), or any type of electric and/or water installation.
The installation will ALWAYS be conditioned to the previous hiring of the authorized measuring service. This service will consist on the measuring of the space where it is going to be installed.
Based on that measuring the design of your kitchen will be made and adapted.
If you are going to make changed or the space is in construction it will be necessary that you hire the measuring and verification service, this means a second visit for the verification of the area once your changes and work have finished.

This service includes:
  • Assemblage and installation of high modules, closing of ceilings, hinges, doors, fronts, drawers, molds, lateral panels, handles, all inside accessories (shelves, baskets, etc.), and the kitchen lighting as long you have the connection points ready.
  • Height adaptaion or module depth and/or cuts/perforations due to wires, tubes, columns, etc......, indicated in the design.
  • Installation of decorative pre-cut panels (as a part of the upper lineal meters of the kitchen) with vertical and horizontal cuts.
  • Installation of IKEA appliances, with their electric connection (plug, prepared with a power strip preferably of ceramic) and the water outlets (water supply and drainage), as long as they are habilitated correctly.
  • Starting up the integrated IKEA appliance or of free installation.
  • Closing to ceiling
The lineal meters of superior modules and the lineal meters of inferior modules will be counted seperately.
In case of existing a room/residence adjacent to the kitchen (separated or not by a door), this will be considerated part of the kitchen and will be included in the same installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry nor decoration works.
  • The installation of protective plastics for the inside of the drawers (mats).
  • Installation of embellishing plugs.
  • Mini kitchens (Kitchen ÄSPINGE or SUNNERSTA) that will be billed as furniture assemblage service along with the installation of the faucet.
  • Panels LYSEKIL o analogs that are considered an installation of completes.
  • NOT IKEA appliances. Remember that if you appliances have not been acquired at IKEA and you want us to install them it will have an additional cost.
  • Connectios or disconnection of gas installation.
  • Installations on cementitious / tiles and/or analogs elevations.
  • Application of protection oil on the solid wood countertop.
  • Modifications made in the client's residence over the final design.
Installation of METOD kitchens low modules 110,00€ lineal meter, minimum 1 lineal meter Consists on the installation of new kitchen items that you have adquired at one of our contact points, anchored to the wall or the ceiling and following the instructions included in the package.
Take into account that it is considered a kitchen installation, the installation of kitchen furniture that even perfomed in another room of the house include cuts (countertops/panels), or any type of electric and/or water installation.
The installation will ALWAYS be conditioned to the previous measuring service with our authorized service provider. This service will consist on the measuring of the space where it is going to be installed.
Based on that measuring the design of your kitchen will be made and adapted.
If you are going to make changes or the space is in construction it will be necessary that you hire a verification and measuring service, this means a second visit for verification of the area once you have finished the changed and construction.

This service includes:
  • Assemblage and installation of low module furniture, hinges, doors, fronts, drawers, plinths, lateral panels, handles, all inside accessories (shelves, baskets, etc.) and the kitchen lighting as ling as the client has the connection points ready.
  • Height, width and depth adaptation of the modules, or cuts / perforations due to wires, tubes, columns etc. indicated in the design.
  • Installation of decorative pre-cut panels (as part of the inferior lineal meters of the kitchen) with vertical and horizontal cuts.
  • Placement of refrigerator/oven grids under the plinths of the towers.
  • Installation of pre-cut countertops, including hob cuts, sinks, faucets, as well as the finishing and the wall panel. Every necessary complement like the FIXA difussion barrier, FIXA countertop fixture (included those that are needed for countertops on stone).
  • The installation of hanging countertops, (those that ed with one leg without continuity of furniture at the end of the counter and the countertop section without wardrobes at the lower part), as well as  the fixint supports, legs to floor, support panels, and finishing to wall (trim). 
  • Islands must be anchored to the floor to avoid it from shifting, taking into account that, if it is a double module island, the metres of both sides must be calculated.
  • Isntallation of sinks, faucets and syphons IKEA, with a maximum separation of 30 cm from the axis.
  • Installation of IKEA appliances, with their connection to the electric installation (plug, prepared with power strip preferably of ceramic) and the water outlet (supply and drainage), as long as they are habilitated correctly.
  • Includes set up of the integrated IKEA appliance or free installation. Connection wire to hob up to 1.5 meters.
The lineal meters of upper modules and lower modules will be counted separately.
In case of existing an adjacent room to the kitchen (separated or not by a door), it will be considered part of the kitchen and will be included inside the same installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Cleaning, welding, plumbing, electricity, masonry nor decoration works.
  • The installation of protective plastics for the inside of drawers (mat).
  • Installation of embellishing plugs.
  • Mini kitchens (kitchen ÄSPINGE or SUNNERSTA) that will be billed as furniture assemblage service along with the faucets installation.
  • Panels LYSEKIL or analogs that are considered installation of completes.
  • NOT IKEA appliances. Remember that if your appliances have not been adquired at IKEA and you wish to install them it will have an additional cost.
  • Connections or disconnection of gas installations.
  • Installations on cementitious / tiles and/or analogs elevations.
  • Application of protection oil on the solid wood countertop.
  • Modifications made in the client's residence over the final design.
Installation of kitchens KNOXHULT - ENHET 90,00 € lineal meter, minimum 1 lineal meter Consists on the installation of a kitchen KNOXHULT or ENHET, following the instructions included in the package, that the client has adquired in one of our contact points.
Installation of modules and/or kitchen components 15% the purchase value + 55,00 € for the installer visit Consists on the installation of modules and kitchen components (legs, hinges, fronts, drawers, plinths, molds, lateral panels, handles and all the accessories of the kitchens insides) that you have adquired at one of our contact points and that have not been included in the intallation of a complete kitchen. It will be perfomed following the instruction inside the package and it will be necessary to add to the contract a visit by the kitchen installer.
Installation of IKEA appliances 30,00 € unit + 55,00 € for the installer visit Consists on the installation of integrated or not integrated appliances, that you have adquired at one of our contact points, following the instruction included in the package.
You can contact this service when it is not linked to a kitchen installation, and it will be necessary to add to its hiring a kitchen installer visit. 

This service includes:
  • Connection to the electric installation (plug outlet, prepared with power strip preferably of ceramic) and water outlet (supply and drainage), as long as they are habilitated correctly.
  • Connection wire of hob up to 1.5 meters.
  • Set up of the IKEA appliance. This service does not include:
  • Connections or disconnection of gas installation (hobs, ovens).
  • In the case combined gas and electricity appluiances, only the electric part will be installed.
  • The manipulation of not paneled NOT IKEA doors.
  • Manipulation of NOT IKEA countertops.
Installation of NOT IKEA appliances 40,00 € unit Conists on the preinstallation of NOT IKEA appliance without integration.
You can only hire this service if you alread have a service linked to a kitchen installation, for which it will be necessary that your provide us the instructions manual for its assemblage, on the contrary it won't be possible to perform it.
You must take into account that it will be necessary that you provide the appliances measures at the billing moment, and you must be in the house at the time of the kitchen installation, on the contrary it will not be possible to perfom.

This service includes:
  • Caged (gap in a piece and assemblage with other), as long as the space is habilitated.
Thsi service does not include:
  • Electrical or gas connections and disconnection for any NOT IKEA appliance.
  • The manipulation of NOT IKEA doors to panel.
Installation of precut countertops 60,00 € the lineal meter Conists on the installation of precut countertop, that you have adquired at our contact points, following the instructions included in the package.
You can hire this service when it is linked you a IKEA kitchen purchase.

This service includes:
  • Hob cuts, sink, faucets, as well as the finishings of the wall. Every necessary complement like the FIXA difuser bar, FIXA fixture support.
  • Installation of sink, faucet and appliances IKEA (associated to the precut countertop)
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry and decoration works.
Installation of custom-built countertop From 350,00 € (Check at your store for more information) Consists on the installation of a custom-built countertop. Remember that this service will ALWAYS be conditioned by a measuring made by our authorized service provider. This service will consist on the measuring of the space where it is going to be installed.
After the kitchen furniture installation is finished, the marble worker will agree to a date and hour with you to measure the final countertop, that will be used for the elaboration of the custom-built countertop. The day of the measuring, the marble worker will arrange the details of making the custom-built countertop. including where the cover strips will go.
The sink, faucet and/or hob must be available in the house at the moment of the measuring.
Remember that this service will be made the same day of the countertop delivery.
Once the payment is done, any changed request you make, will generate a cost that must be budget again at the store. It is possible that the final measures might defer from the measuring with which the billing was made, so it is possible there are imbalances at the invoice.
Each countertop piece will have a maximum length between 1.90 m and 2.30 m depending on the access to the house where it will be installed, taking into account elevators and stairs. You manifest that the provided information is correct and the the delivery place has the physical conditions of enough accessibility (doors size, stairs, etc.) to make the delivery of the countertop manually, answering to any cost that might be originated as a consequence to not be able to deliver the countertop once it is fabricated.
The countertop will be installed in an approximate deadline of 10 business days from the moment the measuring is made, as long as no sustancial modifications have been made that might delay its elaboration.

*Check specific conditions at your store or pick up point.
  • Until the installation is completed you acknowledge that the kitchen will not have a countertop and therefore cannot be functional, exonerating IKEA of any responsibility derived from this circumstance.
  • In any case, you are committed to not use the countertop until the next day of the definitive installation to guarantee its correct functionality.
Sink installation 30,00 € unit + 55,00 € for the installer visit Consists on the installation of the sink with its correspondent gap, as long as it is a precut IKEA countertop that you have adquired at one of our contact points and following the instructions included in the package.
You can contact this service when it is not linked to a kitchen installation, and it will be necessary to add to the contacting a visit by the kitchen installer.
As a client, you must have all the necessary element to make the connection: habilitated water outlets, syphon... 

This service includes:
  • Anchoring and fixture material
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry and decoration works.
NOT IKEA Sink installation 40,00 € unit Conists on the installation of a NOT IKEA sink with its correspondent gap, as long as it is a precut countertop or custom-built IKEA countertip that you have adquired at one of our contact points, and following the instruction indicated in the items.
To contract this service it must be linked to a kitchen installation and it will be necessary that you prive the instructions manual for it assemblage, on the contraty it will not be possible to perform it.
You must take into account that it will be necessary that youyr prive the measures of the sink at the moment of the billing, and you must be at the house the same day of the kitchen installation, on the contrary it won't be possible to be performed.
As a client, you must have all the necessary element to make the connection: habilitated water outlets, syphon... 

This service includes:
  • Anchoring and fixture material
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry and decoration works.
Faucet installation 30,00 € unit + 55,00 € for the installer visit Consists on the installation of the faucet with its correspondent gap, as long as it is an IKEA precut countertop that you have adquired at one of our contact points, and following the instructions included in the package.
To contract this service it must not be linked to a kitchen installation, and it will be necessary to add to its contract a visit by the kitchen installer. 
As a client, you must have all the necessary element to make the connection: habilitated water outlets, syphon... 

This service includes:
  • Anchoring and fixture material
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry and decoration works.
NOT IKEA Faucet installation 40,00 € unit Consists on the installation of the NOT IKEA faucet with its correspondent gap, as lon as it is a precut countertop or cutom-built IKEA countertop that you have adquired at one of our contact points, and following the instructions indicated in the items.
To hire this service it must be linked to a kitchen installation and it will be necessary that you provide the instructions manuals for its assemblage, on the contrary it  won'tbe possible to be perfomed.
You must take into account that it will be necessary that you provide the measures of the faucet at the moment of the billing, and it must be in the house the same day of the kitchen installation, on the contrary it will not be possible to perform it.
As a client, you must have all the necessary element to make the connection: habilitated water outlets, syphon... 

This service includes:
  • Anchoring and fixture material
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry and decoration works.
Ceiling closure 25,00€ the lineal meter, minimum 2 ML Consists on the installation of a panel in between high kitchen modules and the ceiling you have adquired at one of our contact points, and following the intructions indicated in the items.
The ceiling closure/cover strip must not exceed the 20 cm nor be inferior to 5 cm.
To hire this service it must not be linked to a kitchen installation and a minimum of 2 lineal meters will be billed.
We're sorry, but in this case we cannot perform this service on irregular ceilings.
Modification of installation agenda 60,00€ Remember that if you cancel or postpone the complete kitchen installation service unannounced in less than 4 business days you must credit a cancellation or modification amount.
You must know that we cannot delay more than 30 days the first agreed date, and a maximum of two modiciations of the date can be made per service as long as they don't surpass the maximum deadline, once said deadline has passed, we will refund the client for the serivce, and the agenda modification / cancellation service and installation will not be refunded. 
Uninstalling of modular kitchen 65,00 € lineal meter Consists on the uninstalling of a modular kitche, as long as you have hired de installation of a kitchen, always at the same place where we will perform the installation service.
We will try to guarantee the state of the items once they have been disassembled or uninstalled, we won't be held responsible of the possible incidences resulted at the disassemble/uninstalling.

This service includes:
  • Uninstalling and disassemble of modular kitchen and appliances.
This service does not include:
  • Disassemble of custom-built countertops or similar (marble, stone, procelain...), kitchens and contruction or masonry elements, gas hob and heaters.
Uninstalling modules and its complements 10% the purchase value Consists on the uninstalling od modules, legs, hinges, fronts, drawers, plinths, lateral panels, handles and all the inside kitchen accessories, as long as you have adquired equivalent product at our contact points and you have hired their installation.
Uninstalling of appliances 10,00 € unit Consists on the uninstalling of IKEA appliances both integrated or not integrated, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and have hired the installation of appliances, as long as it is in the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Uninstalling of gas hob.
Uninstalling of NOT IKEA appliances 20,00 € unit Consist on the uninstalling of NOT IKEA appliances without integration, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and you have hired the installation of appliances, as long as it is in the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Uninstalling of gas hob and heaters.
Uninstalling of precut countertops 20,00 € lineal meter Conists on the uninstalling of a precut IKEA countertop, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and have hired the installation a precut countertop, always at the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Uninstalling of gas hob.
  • Uninstallation of custom-built countertops or similar (marble, stone, porcelain...) and those that are linked by construction to the wall.
Uninstalling of sink 10,00 € unit Consists on the uninstalling of the sink, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and have hired the sink installation, always at the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.
Uninstalling of NOT IKEA sink 20,00 € unit Consists on the uninstalling of the NOT IKEA sink, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and have hired the sink installation, always at the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.
Uninstalling of faucet 10,00 € unit Consists on the uninstalling of the faucet, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and have hired a faucet installation, always at the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.
Uninstalling of NOT IKEA faucet 20,00 € unit Consists on the uninstalling of the NOT IKEA faucet, as long as you have adquired equivalent products at our contact points and have hired a faucet installation, always at the same place where we are going to perform the installation service.
Visit of kitchen installer 55,00 € Consists on the visit of the kitchen installer for the services not associated to a kitchen installation.

Aditional information and customer service
  • The services do not include masonry, cleaning, painting, plumbing and electric works.
  • The services described can have an associated charge for travel costs of the specialist if they are hired individually.
