A sweet scent of vanilla and warm milk with hints of coconut.
The candle jar’s unique color pattern is created by its several layers of glaze reacting with each other during firing.
When the candle has burnt itself out, you can use the ceramic jar to store small things, as a plant pot or as a tealight holder.
At least 50% of the wax in this product is renewable plant-based wax.
Suitable when you want to create a cozy atmosphere at home with inspiration from crisp autumn days in the city or sunsets by the sea.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn candles near any flammable materials.
All candles in our range are good at creating a cozy atmosphere. We choose various materials so that we always end up with the best shape, function and quality. Plant-based wax is well-suited for tealights or other candles in holders. The plant-based wax is made from renewable raw materials like rapeseed oil, soybean oil and shea oil – it is a natural result of our decision that all materials we use in our candles will be 100% renewable or recycled at the latest by 2030.
”For me as a designer, sustainability is not only about better materials and processes, but also about the longevity of a product. The idea when I designed the ceramic scented candle holder for IKEA was that the timeless properties of the material would help make the simple item special. I hope people will think that the holder is so beautiful that they’ll want to keep it even after the candle burns out – and reuse it in new ways for a long time.”
