Fresh recipes for summer
We present you different ways to refresh your summer with these easy to prepare. We'll use the syrups you'll find in Swedish Food Market, so get ready to make them all!
Elderflower Syrup Slushies
Time: 2 hours and 10 minutes | Units: 4 small glasses, or 2 large onesIngredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons of SAFT FLÄDER elderflower syrup
Preparation
- Dissolve the cup of sugar in the 4 cups of water and put the mixture in a bowl.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of syrup.
- Cover the bowl or jar and put it in the freezer for 2 hours, stirring the mixture every 30 minutes to obtain the slushy texture.

Blueberry ice cream
Time: 6 hours and 10 minutes | Units: 6 ice creamsIngredients
- 500 g. greek yogurt
- 75 g. blueberry syrup DRYCK BLÅBÄR
- 30 g. honey
Preparation
- Mix the yogurt, syrup and honey in a bowl.
- Add the mixture into ice cream molds and let it rest in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Red cranberries smoothie
Time: 10 minutesIngredients
- 2 tablespoons of SAFT LINGON red cranberries syrup
- Water or milk, according to your preference
Preparation
- Add bananas, syrup and milk or water in a bowl.
- Stir well and that's it!
