Arepa with meatballs

We present you a deliciously simple dish, thought specially so you save time in the kitchen without renouncing to the best Swedish taste mixed with Latin food. A recipe designed to cook today and enjoy eating for several days.









INGREDIENTS

  • 8 arepas
  • Half a red onion
  • Half a cucumber
  • 8-10 HUVUDROLL meatballs of your choice
  • 1 large tomato
  • A small bunch of cilantro
  • 1 cup sour cream
   
   Serves 8           15 minutes


STEP BY STEP
  1. Cook the meatballs in the pan, oven or microwave.
  2. Chop the tomato, cilantro and cucumber.
  3. Cut the onion into strips.
  4. Assemble your arepas by adding: one or two meatballs in half, tomato, onion, cucumber and a spoonful of sour cream. Finish with cilantro.
