White film on your glasses?

Water-saving dishwashers, together with concentrated detergent can leave a white film on glasses. It has nothing to do with the quality of the glass. You can avoid this problem by using a rinsing agent and less detergent in your dishwasher. And if you dry the glasses by hand, you can rub away lime stains from water, the glasses will be shiny and clean.

Everything is possible

Glass is a material that offers endless possibilities - whether it's mouth-blown or machine made. Glass consists mostly of sand, mixed with soda and limestone. For heat-resistant, oven-safe glass, borosilicate is also added. Glass may be decorated by adding color to the molten glass, by grinding, blasting or engraving a pattern into the glass. A print may also be fired into the glass. Nothing is impossible.

Designer Anne Nilsson

"My idea with the BLANDA series was to have it contain simple, practical bowls without any unnecessary elements. That's why I chose to give them a classic design in which form and function truly go hand in hand. Since all the bowls have the same design but come in different materials and sizes, you can combine them in endless ways."
