The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter, “IKEA”), with CIF A-35474832 and domicile at Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organizes the present contest named “We return you up to 2.500€ for the value of your kitchen”, that will be developed in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:

The present promotions will be valid exclusively in the Balearic and Canary Islands.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMMUNICATION

Conditions will be available at the web www.islas.IKEA.es/legal/promotional-terms-and-conditions

3. VALIDITY PERIOD:

The giveaway will be valid from the 1st of April 2025 to the 30th of April 2025, both included.

4. PARTICIPANTS:

In the Promotion can participate physical persons, over 18 years old, members of the IKEA Family club that make a purchase of kitchen items with a minimum amount of 1.500€ between the 1st and 30th of April 2025 at stores, web points, teleorders or app IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, that fill the form that they can find in www.islas.IKEA.es/your-free-kitchen

Workers from the organizer’s company nor their direct relatives cannot participate, neither distribution companies nor external collaborator.

5. MECHANICS OF THE GIVEAWAY

To participate, the client must complete the requirements detailed in the “Participants” section, acquire a kitchen at any of the physical stores or through the web during the promotional period and fill in the form they will find at www.islas.IKEA.es/your-free-kitchen

The giveaway will be performed on the 12th of May 2025 at the IKEA Gran Canarias offices through the web https://www.randompicker.com or at http://www.augeweb.com/azar/ in where the winner and a substitute will be selected, who can recover up to 2.500€ of their total purchase amount.

6. PRIZE

The prize object of the present promotion consists of the return of the deposited purchase amount for a kitchen at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores, with a maximum limit of 2.500€.

The prize is personal and non-transferable, being forbidden its cession, sale or any other form of disclosure to third parties. It cannot be exchanged for money in cash nor by any other product or service different to the one specified in the present conditions.

The delivery of the price will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase, once the giveaway has been resolved and the winner and the compliance of the requirements established in the present conditions are validated.

The additional services acquired along with the kitchen, such as delivery, assembly, IKEA Specialist or IKEA Design are excluded from the return object amount, as well as any other service accessory not expressly included in the promotion.

The enjoyment of the prize is subjected to current fiscal regulations, being applied the corresponding account retentions and deposits, as stated on the Taxes section of these conditions.

Participation in this giveaway and the acceptance of the prize means the winner’s conformity with the terms and conditions established in this document. In the case that the winner does not comply with the required requirements or renounces to the prize, this will be assigned to the substitute winner or, failing this, it will be null.

7. WINNERS COMMUNICATION

As soon as the giveaway has been performed the winners will be announced via telephone, having to attend the same IKEA Point or store where they have made their purchase, in a maximum period of one week to pick up their prize. If the period ends and they have not visited the store or IKEA Point to pick up their prize, we will pass to the substitute winner, being the prize null if none of them attend.

8. GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATION

The giveaway will be advertised on several means, including:

• Web, on the promotions and terms and conditions section, as well as in the Kitchens section and IKEA Family landing
• Communication at the store and IKEA Points, through billboards, informative flyers and digital screens.
• Official social media at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, through posts on Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.
• Marketing email, with deliveries addressed to member of the IKEA Family club.
• Notification in the IKEA app, informing about the promotion and the giveaway details.

SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to extend or modify the communication channels used for the dissemination of the giveaway if it is considered appropriate.

11. TAXES

The prizes object of this giveaway are subjected to what it is stated in the current fiscal or tax legislation. Sarton Canarias SA will practice the corresponding retention and deposit to account about over the delivered prize and, in that moment, will expedite the timely certification that makes easier for the participant to comply their fiscal obligations when having to incorporate in their Personal Income Tax their performance linked to the prize given, along with rest of incomes they receive, and whose total quota can be deduced as already deposited the quantity that appears in the mentioned certification of deposit to account.

12. USE OF NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:

Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Any attempt of betting, or similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed or robotic registration is allowed. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. will not be held responsible for any error or omission in the contest advertisement.

14. RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:

SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.

15. APPLIABLE LAW:

This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. and participants in this promotion are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.

16. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:

SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.

In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS:

The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law.
