Parcel delivery | 4,95 € | Consists in delivering you new items, of little or medium dimensions, that you have adquired through our web page, IKEA Inspire app or via telephone with our Teleordering team. To be considered parcel delivery the order must meet these characteristics:
This service does not provide storage, there if we cannot deliver your items, we will cancel it and manage the return, deducting the costs derived from the delivery. |
Home delivery | 30,00 € | Consists on delivering the new items you have adquired at one of our contact points, to the place we have agreed upon. |
Removal of your old sofa | 30,00 € | Consists on removing your used sofa, at the time of delivery of your new sofa adquired at IKEA. You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that the dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance. As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service. Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it. If in the end you decide to not deliver the items for its removal, we will clarify it at the delivery note and the service will be returned when it is possible. |
Removal of your old mattress | 15,00 € | Consists on removing your used mattress, at the time of delivery of your new mattress adquired at IKEA. For the mattresses that come rolled, you have the possibility to make the removal on the third day. You must make sure that the items are disassembled and guarantee that its dimensions allow the removal, by the access door or any area for the service performance. As a client is your responsibility to guarantee that the items is free of pests and perforating insects, being that the case we will not be able to perform the removal service. Once the removal service is made you cannot claim the items included in it.
