Good to know
We recommend a TV bench to be a bit wider than the TV placed on it. This TV bench suits a TV up to 45 inches. You can choose a larger TV if it’s not heavier than the specified max load for the bench’s top.
The top panel of the TV bench is intended for a TV with a maximum weight of 110 lbs.
For safety reasons this TV bench is not to be hung on the wall.
The TV bench must be secured to the wall with the included wall anchor.
Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.
47 ¼" wide TV benches require 6 legs or 4 legs and one BESTÅ supporting leg.
Conceals all cords
BESTÅ TV unit has cord outlets at the back that makes it easy to conceal all your cords while still keeping them at hand. And the cord outlet at the top lets cords run smoothly even if your TV is mounted on the wall.
What is constructed board?
We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fiberboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
