Pumpkin spice latte
Ingredients
- 400 ml. of milk
- 1 cup of PÅTÅR black coffee
- ¼ teaspoon of powdered ginger
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
- 1 spoonful of smashed pumpkin
- Sweetener to taste
Preparation
- Heat at medium heat in a pot the milk with the species. Stir until everything is integrated.
- When some minutes have passed add the smashed pumpkin and mix the ingredients. Remove it before it boils.
- Serve the previous mix with the PÅTÅR coffee and the sweetener of your choice.

Mocha
Ingredients
- 80 ml. of PÅTÅR black coffee
- 250 ml. of milk
- 8 ounces of MÖRK black chocolate
- Powdered cocoa
- Sweetener to taste
Preparation
- Cut up the MÖRK black chocolate and add the freshly brewed PÅTÅR black coffee. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
- Add the previously heated milk and finish with the sweetener and decorating a little bit with powdered chocolate.

LJUS latte
Ingredients
- 1 glass of PÅTÅR black coffee (or half, depending on the intensity you want)
- 1 chocolate milk bar LJUS
- 200 ml. of milk
Preparation
- Put the LJUS bar over the glass. Add, little by little, half of the foamy hot milk: it has to be poured on the LJUS bar, that will slowly melt.
- Add the coffee with the same process.
- Add the rest of the foamy milk.
- Finish with a bit of chopped LJUS.
