How to solve common WiFi issues?

The music will stop if you turn off a device that stores the music that Sonos is playing. However, if you control Sonos from your phone and play music from the Internet or your computer, the music won't stop when you turn off your phone. It's just like putting away your TV remote while the TV is on.
